Lipo Freeze Treatment Prices, Set Out Openly and Explained in Full

Published prices for every treatment, what each one includes as standard, and how a personalised quotation is agreed at consultation.

Straightforward Pricing, Published in Full

Few things in aesthetics cause more quiet anxiety than cost, and many people spend weeks wondering whether they can afford to ask. Lipo Freeze takes a different view: the prices published here are the prices charged, set out in full so you can consider them in your own time, without obligation.

Transparency changes the conversation that follows. When you know what a treatment costs, the consultation stops being a negotiation and becomes a clinical discussion about whether an approach suits your body, your health profile and the outcome you want.

What a Quoted Price Includes

Each figure covers the treatment itself, delivered by a trained practitioner using professional-grade equipment, together with the assessment before it and the follow-up after it. There is no separate consultation fee, no assessment charge, no aftercare charge and, for treatment at home, no travel supplement or call-out fee.

What a Quoted Price Does Not Include

A price is not a prediction. It tells you what a course of treatment costs; it cannot tell you how your body will respond, or how many areas you will ultimately wish to treat. Outcomes vary between individuals, and no figure here should be read as a guarantee of any result.

Why a Consultation Comes First

The published prices are indicative for a clinical reason rather than a commercial one. How many areas need treating, which technology suits your concern, and whether a single session or a course is realistic can only be answered once someone has assessed you. A written, personalised quotation is confirmed at consultation, and that quotation — not this page — represents your actual cost, as the treatments and services pages explain.

About the prices on this page

The prices below are those published for August 2026. They are indicative figures intended to help you plan and compare. A personalised quotation, reflecting the areas actually being treated and the plan agreed with you, is confirmed at consultation. Prices are shown here for information only.

What Is Included as Standard

A price is only meaningful if you know what sits inside it. Across every treatment on this page, four things are included as standard, and none carries an additional charge.

Free Consultation

Every treatment begins with a consultation at no cost, covering your goals, your medical history and whether the treatment suits you. Nothing obliges you to proceed.

A Tailored Treatment Plan

Treatments are tailored to specific client goals rather than sold as fixed packages. The plan sets out which areas are addressed, how many sessions are anticipated and how they are spaced.

Full Follow-Up and Aftercare

Aftercare guidance and follow-up form part of the treatment. Several of these technologies produce their fullest results over weeks or months, so the period afterwards matters as much as the session.

Home Visits at No Extra Cost

At-home appointments are available at no additional cost across England, Scotland and Wales. The price is the same whether treatment takes place at a clinic or in your own home.

That last point is unusual. The reasoning runs the other way: bringing the treatment to you is intended for the busy parent with limited mobility, the person caring for a dependent with additional needs, or anyone leading a busy lifestyle — circumstances that ought not to attract a surcharge, as the page on why clients choose Lipo Freeze explains.

Fat Freezing and Cryolipolysis Prices

Cryolipolysis applies precisely controlled cooling to a targeted pocket of subcutaneous fat. A gel pad protects the skin and a cooling applicator draws the tissue against the cooling plates. Because fat cells are more sensitive to cold than skin, muscle or nerve tissue, they crystallise and undergo apoptosis while surrounding structures are unharmed, after which the lymphatic system clears them.

A session takes roughly thirty-five to sixty minutes and most people need only one. There is no downtime. Visible change typically begins from three to four weeks, is most apparent between eight and twelve weeks, and elimination can continue for four to six months. Removal of treated cells is permanent provided weight remains stable. This is not a weight-loss treatment.

2 Areas£325£535Save £58 per person

What Counts as an Area

An area is a single defined region that one applicator cycle addresses: the stomach and abdomen — counted as upper, lower or full — the flanks, the inner and outer thighs, the upper arms, the upper and lower back, back rolls and the chin.

Why More Areas Cost Less Per Area

One area is £210, while six areas are £600 rather than six times that figure. Much of any appointment is assessment, preparation, positioning and aftercare discussion, and those elements do not multiply when a second or third area is added. Treating several areas in one visit spreads that fixed cost across more work, as do the two-person columns. What different combinations look like is discussed on the results page.

Body Toning Treatment Prices

Body toning uses high-intensity focused electromagnetic energy to produce supramaximal contractions. A thirty-minute session delivers around twenty thousand contractions. Published figures describe up to a nineteen per cent reduction in fat and up to a sixteen per cent increase in muscle mass, though individual response varies.

Body toning (HIFEM) prices for a single treatment and for courses of four, six and eight treatments.
Course Price
1 Area — single treatment£339
1 Area — 4 treatments£850
1 Area — 6 treatments£1,100
1 Area — 8 treatments£1,250

What a Course of Sessions Involves

The table is built around courses because this is not a one-off treatment. The recommended protocol is a minimum of four to six sessions spaced at least two days apart. Muscle gains generally appear within two to four weeks, fat reduction takes around three months, and results last roughly six to twelve months. Areas treated include the abdomen, buttocks, hips, arms, thighs and calves. Contraindications are firm — among them metal implants, an IUD or coil, pregnancy, cardiac conditions and epilepsy — and a course that is not suitable will not be sold.

Incontinence Treatment Prices

Incontinence treatment directs the same electromagnetic principle at the deep muscles of the pelvic floor. The patient remains fully clothed and seated. One thirty-minute session is equivalent to thousands of Kegel exercises, and the treatment is used for stress incontinence, overactive bladder, faecal incontinence and erectile dysfunction. It is painless.

Incontinence treatment (HIFEM pelvic floor) course prices and the saving against each course.
Course Price Saving
6 Treatments£800Save £400
8 Treatments£1,000Save £600
10 Treatments£1,200Save £800

All three Lipo Freeze courses include home treatment availability, which matters more here than elsewhere. Pelvic health is a private subject, and addressing it without a waiting room removes a barrier that keeps many people from seeking help.

Why This Is Priced as a Course

There is no single-session price, and that is deliberate. The recommended protocol is six to eight treatments, with a typical programme of six sessions delivered as two sessions weekly across three weeks. A single session in isolation would not represent a meaningful intervention, and pricing one would imply otherwise. Benefits are often felt in as few as two or three treatments, and results can last years.

An Honest Note on the Evidence

A study notes that powered muscle stimulators are marketed for muscle toning and aesthetic benefit, but that claims about eliminating incontinence, and of equivalence to eleven thousand pelvic floor tenses in one session, are not supported by clinical evidence. A review also found that current evidence shows no significant difference in continence after vaginal laser treatment compared with placebo. The NHS notes that pelvic floor muscle training such as Kegel exercises is a widely used non-surgical option, and that pelvic organ prolapse is sometimes only discovered during tests carried out for other reasons, such as cervical screening. Those caveats are discussed openly at consultation, as the treatment pages also set out.

Vaginal Tightening Price

Vaginal tightening uses HIFU to heat internal tissue in a controlled way, stimulating collagen and elastin production. A session takes around thirty minutes. There is a single published figure, shown below alongside the previous price.

Vaginal tightening treatment: the current published price and the previous price.
Treatment Previous Price Current Price
Single treatment£459£399

What the Consultation Includes

The price includes a confidential consultation carried out by female-only consultants, and home visits are available on request. That consultation is the first of six stages, running from topical numbing cream through the HIFU wand and collagen activation to minimal downtime of slight soreness for a few days, then improvement in tightness, lubrication and pelvic floor sensation over subsequent weeks.

It is used for laxity, often related to childbirth, for minor stress incontinence, for dryness from lower oestrogen, and for loss of collagen and tone with age or menopause. Many women benefit from three treatments spaced four to six weeks apart. Results last from several months to over a year, are not permanent, and the published price covers a single treatment.

An Honest Note on the Evidence

A 2023 review found that HIFU studies show promising results when performed by trained professionals, but that outcomes and risks vary per person. The FDA has warned that energy-based devices used for vaginal rejuvenation can pose serious risks and should be approached with caution. Aftercare includes refraining from sex for twenty-four to forty-eight hours or as directed.

CryoPen Cryotherapy Prices

CryoPen cryotherapy uses a highly focused jet of nitrous oxide to remove skin blemishes precisely, without damaging surrounding healthy skin. The application is contact-free, each lesion takes five to thirty seconds, and an appointment runs to ten or fifteen minutes. Because treatment is counted per blemish rather than per area, pricing is tiered.

1 blemish£194
2 blemishes£225£112 per blemish
3 blemishes£280£93 per blemish
4 blemishes£340£85 per blemish
5 blemishes£400£80 per blemish
8 blemishes£500£63 per blemish
10 blemishes£600£60 per blemish
More than 10 blemishesfrom £680 on application

All Lipo Freeze CryoPen prices include the consultation, and home visits are available on request. Lesions treated include actinic keratosis, age spots, benign moles, cherry angioma, dermatofibroma, milia, seborrhoeic keratosis, skin tags, sun damage, viral verrucae and warts.

How the Per-Blemish Rate Falls

The published rate falls from £112 per blemish at two, to £93 at three, £85 at four, £80 at five, £63 at eight and £60 at ten. Consultation, assessment, setting up and aftercare are largely fixed, while treating an individual blemish takes seconds. Beyond ten blemishes the figure is from £680 on application, because the assessment must then be individual. Healing takes one to four weeks with no downtime, and the follow-up recommended after four weeks is part of the service rather than a further charge. The treatment is not suitable for those with certain circulatory issues, uncontrolled diabetes or a tendency towards keloid scarring.

HIFU Non-Surgical Facelift Prices

HIFU delivers focused ultrasound beneath the skin, generating heat that signals the body to produce new collagen. It reaches the SMAS layer — the same structural layer surgeons address — without needles, incisions or downtime. Sessions run from thirty minutes to an hour. Prices are published for one person and for two people treated in the same visit.

Reading These Two Tables

The face table moves from single zones such as the forehead or chin through to combined treatments covering the full face, neck and decolletage, addressing brow lifting, fine lines, jawline definition and jowl reduction. The body table covers the stomach, thighs, hips and chest among other areas. In both, the two-person column reflects two people treated together, with the saving expressed per person.

Improvement in tone and texture is often apparent immediately, with fuller results over three to four weeks as collagen regenerates. Results generally last six to eighteen months, and top-ups are typically considered after six to twelve months. The treatment suits people aged thirty and above with early-to-moderate ageing and realistic expectations, and the technology is FDA-approved. Changes people describe are covered on the results page.

Advanced RF Microneedling Prices

Advanced RF microneedling combines fractional microneedling with radiofrequency energy. After medical-grade numbing cream is applied, a handpiece delivers ultra-fine needles that emit radiofrequency energy, heating deeper tissue. The controlled thermal injury triggers healing, prompting new collagen and elastin over following weeks and months, at depths reaching four millimetres on the face and deeper on the body.

Why the Course Column Exists

Typically three to four treatments spaced four to six weeks apart are recommended, which makes the second column the more realistic figure for most plans. Noticeable changes appear within a few weeks, full results at eight to twelve weeks, and results last several months to a year or more. It addresses fine lines, wrinkles, enlarged pores, acne scarring, stretch marks and laxity, and is safe for all skin types. Downtime is minimal: redness, swelling and pinpoint marks are usual for one to five days. It is not suitable for those with pacemakers or electronic implants, those pregnant or breastfeeding, or where there is active infection.

Signature Skin Lift Prices

The Lipo Freeze Signature Skin Lift combines both technologies into one treatment delivered in two phases. Phase one uses HIFU for deep structural lifting, including the SMAS layer. Phase two uses advanced RF microneedling for surface tightening, texture and firmness. The tables show both previous and current prices.

Full thighs (front, back, sides)£1,280£940
Hips£990£765
Full abdomen£1,160£895

What the Two Columns Mean

The left-hand column is the previous published price and the right-hand column the current one. Both appear because a reduction stated without its reference point is not really information. Face zones include the forehead, brows, crow's feet, cheeks, nasolabial folds, jawline, jowls, chin, neck and decolletage. Body areas include the abdomen, upper arms, knees, thighs, buttocks, flanks and hands.

It addresses mild-to-moderate laxity, a sagging jawline and jowls, loose skin after weight loss, crepey texture and acne scarring. Initial tightening is often immediate, optimal results appear between six and twelve weeks, and results last twelve to eighteen months or longer. Many achieve excellent results from a single treatment while some benefit from a course, which is why the tables are priced per treatment.

Fat Dissolving Injection Prices

Fat dissolving injections use deoxycholic acid, introduced through small cannulas or fine needles, to break down fat cells in a defined area. The body then clears the released material through the lymphatic system over subsequent weeks. Prices are published as area bands, and the figures are stated as prices from.

Fat dissolving injection prices by area band, per session and for a course of three sessions.
Area Band Per Session Three Sessions
Small area (chin, jowls, knees)£305£845
Medium area (upper arms, upper back/bra straps)£405£1,050
Target area (lower or upper stomach, inner or outer thighs)£455£1,300
Large area (full stomach, full thighs)£605£1,450

The bands group treatable areas by size rather than by name. Areas treated include the chin and double chin, jowls, the abdomen, love handles and flanks, the inner and outer thighs, the upper arms, the knees, small fat pads, and the upper back or bra strap area.

What the Sessions Involve

Treatment typically runs to two to four sessions. A session takes twenty to forty minutes, and downtime is around twenty-four to seventy-two hours. The process runs through six stages: consultation, planning, treatment, reaction and healing, removal of fat through the lymphatic system, and follow-up. Results emerge gradually, often over three to six weeks, the fat cells removed are gone permanently, and results last two to four years alongside a healthy lifestyle. It is not suitable for those with diabetes mellitus, liver or kidney problems, or those taking anticoagulants such as warfarin.

How Treatments Are Combined

Few people arrive with a concern that maps neatly onto one technology. More often there is a stubborn pocket of fat with some loss of firmness over it, or a change in shape after weight loss with skin that has not kept pace. Combining treatments is common, and Lipo Freeze pricing recognises this.

Two points apply. Further discounts are available for combined cryolipolysis and HIFU treatments, and for group bookings. Neither is published as a fixed percentage or figure, because both depend on what is combined and how many people are treated. Both are confirmed at consultation and appear in your written quotation.

Why Cryolipolysis and HIFU Pair Naturally

The two treatments address different tissue at different depths. Cryolipolysis reduces the volume of a fat layer; HIFU stimulates collagen and tightens the skin above it. Together they address both the substance and the surface, which is why the combination attracts a further discount. The Signature Skin Lift is a formalised version of the same principle, with its own published prices.

Group Bookings and Two-Person Pricing

The two-person columns in the fat freezing and HIFU tables are the published form of the same idea: two people treated in one visit each pay less than separately, because one visit carries one set of fixed costs. Group bookings extend this further and are quoted individually. What is right for any combination remains a clinical question first, as the services pages describe.

Understanding Value, Not Just Price

There is a question people often ask that sounds sensible and rarely is: what is the cheapest way to do this? In aesthetics it tends to lead somewhere people did not intend to go, because the cheapest option and the appropriate option are frequently not the same, and the gap between them is not made up of luxury.

What Professional-Grade Equipment Means

Professional-grade devices deliver precise, controlled energy to a specific tissue layer, and that precision is the point. Cryolipolysis depends on cooling cold enough to affect fat cells and no colder. HIFU depends on focusing energy at a defined depth so it reaches the SMAS layer without harming what sits above. All equipment used by Lipo Freeze is FDA-approved or CE-marked.

What a Trained Practitioner Contributes

The device is only half of it. A practitioner assesses whether the treatment is appropriate at all, which contraindications apply, and what a realistic outcome looks like. Lipo Freeze draws on over ten years of industry experience, with a specialist team delivering treatments throughout the UK. That assessment is where the safety margin lives, and it is the part a low headline price most often omits.

The Cost of Getting It Wrong

Every treatment here carries a list of people for whom it is not suitable. Cryolipolysis is ruled out by Raynaud's, cold urticaria, cryoglobulinemia, a hernia near the site or pregnancy; body toning by metal implants, a coil, cardiac conditions or epilepsy; RF microneedling by a pacemaker. A provider who does not check these lists is not offering a discount but transferring a risk. Rare complications such as paradoxical adipose hyperplasia or cold injury are extremely infrequent with correct protocol, which is what training buys, as the why choose us page sets out.

Home Visits and Clinic Appointments

On location, the answer is simple. Home visits are available at no additional cost. The price of a treatment delivered in your living room is the price shown in the tables above, and the price of the same treatment at a clinic is also the price shown above.

There is no travel supplement, no call-out fee, no minimum spend and no premium for treating outside a clinical setting. This applies across the coverage area spanning England, Scotland and Wales, from counties such as Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire through to Yorkshire, alongside Edinburgh, Falkirk, Stirling and Kilmarnock, and Cardiff, Swansea, Wrexham and Barry.

Why the Price Does Not Change

The people most likely to need a home visit are the people least able to absorb a surcharge for one. A parent with limited mobility, someone caring for a dependent, or someone whose working pattern makes clinic hours impractical is not choosing convenience as a luxury. Treatments are no longer than thirty minutes with no downtime, making an appointment at home practical within an ordinary day.

What Stays the Same Either Way

The equipment, the practitioner's qualifications and the clinical protocol are identical in both settings. For those who prefer a clinical environment, treatment centres are situated across the country. The choice is yours and carries no financial consequence, as the Lipo Freeze home page explains.

Why a Written Plan Matters Before Committing

The tables on this page tell you what things cost. They cannot tell you what you need, and the distance between those two things is where most disappointment in this industry begins. A written, personalised plan closes that gap before any money is committed rather than afterwards.

What the Plan Sets Out

A personalised plan records which areas are treated and in what order, which technology is used and why that one rather than another, how many sessions are anticipated and how they are spaced, what the timeline for visible change looks like, and what the total cost is. Every element is specific to you, because anatomy, skin quality, medical history and goals differ from person to person.

Why It Is Written Down

A verbal quotation is only a memory. A written plan means what was agreed is recoverable by both sides, that the figure you were told is the figure that applies, and that any discount for a combined cryolipolysis and HIFU plan or a group booking is documented rather than assumed. A consultation carries no obligation, and a plan you decide not to proceed with costs nothing.

When the Answer Is No

Sometimes the honest outcome of a consultation is that a treatment is not suitable — too little fat in the target area for cryolipolysis, a contraindication that rules a technology out, or expectations the technology cannot meet. Saying so is part of the service, and a plan that will not achieve what someone hopes for does not serve its purpose whatever it costs. The contact page explains how a consultation is arranged.

Frequently Asked Questions About Pricing

The questions below arise most often when people work through the figures on this page. Where something is not published, that is stated plainly rather than estimated.

Yes. A free consultation is included as standard with every treatment and carries no obligation to proceed. It covers your goals, your medical history and whether the treatment suits you at all. If the conclusion is that it is not appropriate, nothing is charged.
No. At-home appointments are available at no additional cost. The published price applies whether treatment takes place at a clinic or at your home, anywhere within the coverage area across England, Scotland and Wales.
Because the final figure depends on what is actually being treated. The number of areas, the technology chosen and whether a single session or a course is appropriate are determined at consultation. The prices here are those published for August 2026.
Further discounts are available for combined cryolipolysis and HIFU treatments, and for group bookings. The amounts are not published, because they depend on which treatments are combined and how many people are involved. They are confirmed at consultation and set out in your written quotation.
Much of any appointment — assessment, preparation, positioning and aftercare discussion — does not multiply when further areas are added. Treating several areas in one visit spreads that fixed element across more work. The same principle explains the two-person columns and the falling per-blemish rate in the CryoPen tiers.
No single-session price is published. The treatment is priced as a course of six, eight or ten treatments, because the recommended protocol is six to eight treatments and a typical programme is six sessions delivered as two sessions weekly over three weeks.
Fat dissolving injection prices are published as prices from, and the CryoPen tier above ten blemishes is published as from £680 on application. In both cases the final figure depends on the assessment: the size of the area, or the number, type and location of the lesions.

If your question is not answered above, it is better addressed in a consultation than by inference from a table, since pricing and clinical questions are rarely separable.
