Terms & Conditions
The terms on which this website is provided, and what its content does and does not represent.
Acceptance of These Terms
These terms govern your use of this website. By browsing the site or relying on the material published on it, you accept them.
If you do not accept them, please do not continue to use the site. They should be read alongside the site's privacy-policy.html, which explains how personal information is handled.
References to Lipo Freeze mean the provider of the treatments described on this site, whose formal registration details can be confirmed on request.
This Website Is Informational Only
Everything published here is general information about non-surgical aesthetic and wellness treatments. None of it is medical advice.
The descriptions of treatments, timescales, side effects and contraindications are written to help you understand what is involved and to prepare for a proper conversation. They are not a diagnosis, a recommendation or a substitute for an individual clinical assessment. Nothing on this site should be used to decide whether a treatment is safe or appropriate for you, and nothing on it should be relied upon in place of advice from a qualified healthcare professional who knows your circumstances.
If you have a health concern, or symptoms you have not had assessed, speak to your GP or another appropriate clinician. Do not delay seeking medical advice because of something you have read here.
No Practitioner–Patient Relationship
Using this site does not create a practitioner–patient relationship of any kind.
Reading these pages, following a link within them or making a general enquiry does not place any clinician under a duty of care towards you. Such a relationship arises only where a consultation has taken place, suitability has been assessed and treatment has been agreed. Until that point, the material here is published for general information and is addressed to no one in particular.
Accuracy of Published Information
Reasonable care is taken to keep this site accurate and current, but no warranty is given that it is complete, up to date or free from error.
Treatment details, protocols, session numbers, expected timescales and published prices are indicative. They describe the general position rather than a fixed offer, and they are subject to change without notice. Any figures shown on this site are those published for August 2026 and may since have been revised.
What a treatment would actually involve for you, and what it would actually cost, is confirmed during a consultation. Where the material on prices.html or services.html differs from what a consultant tells you about your own circumstances, the consultation is the reliable source.
Suitability and Consultation
No treatment described on this site is provided without a prior consultation.
A consultation exists to establish whether an approach is appropriate for you, and it may conclude that it is not. A consultant may decline to proceed, may recommend a different treatment, or may suggest that you speak to your GP first. That judgement is a clinical one and is made in your interests, even where it is not the answer you were hoping for.
Individual Results Vary
No outcome is promised, predicted or guaranteed.
Non-surgical treatments work with the body's own processes, and those processes differ from person to person. Age, skin type, tissue quality, general health, hormonal factors, weight stability, lifestyle and the nature of the concern itself all affect what a given treatment achieves and how long the effect lasts. Two people receiving identical treatment may see markedly different results, and some see less change than they hoped for.
The timescales set out on results.html describe what is typical rather than what is assured. Where published evidence for a treatment is limited or contested, that is stated on the relevant page, and those caveats form part of the information you are asked to consider.
Contraindications and Your Disclosure
Every treatment described here has circumstances in which it should not be carried out.
You are responsible for giving full and accurate information about your health before treatment, and for telling a consultant if anything changes between the consultation and the appointment. That includes pregnancy or breastfeeding, implanted electronic or metal devices, cardiac conditions, epilepsy, bleeding disorders, diabetes, liver or kidney conditions, circulatory conditions, current medication including anticoagulants, hernias, active infection or skin disease, previous aesthetic procedures and any tendency towards abnormal scarring.
Withholding relevant information may make a treatment unsafe. No responsibility can be accepted for harm arising from information that was not disclosed or was described inaccurately.
Intellectual Property in Site Content
The text, layout, design, graphics and arrangement of material on this site are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
You may view the site and print or download extracts for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, adapt, distribute or exploit any part of it commercially without prior written permission. Trade marks and product names referred to remain the property of their respective owners, and their appearance here implies no endorsement or affiliation.
Acceptable Use
This site must be used lawfully and in a way that does not restrict anyone else's use of it.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or to any server or database connected with it, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, harvest data from it by automated means, or use it for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose. Access may be withdrawn where these terms are breached.
Links to Third-Party Sites
Where this site links to a third-party platform, the link is provided for convenience only.
External sites are not under this site's control. No responsibility is accepted for their content, their availability, their security or the way they handle personal information, and a link should not be read as an endorsement of anything published on the destination. That applies to the Lipo Freeze page on Facebook as much as to any other external site: it is governed by that platform's own terms and privacy notice, not by these terms.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Subject to that, this website is provided on an “as is” basis, and no liability is accepted for loss or damage arising from reliance on the information published on it, from any inaccuracy or omission in that information, or from the site being unavailable or interrupted. No liability is accepted for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of opportunity.
These limitations concern use of the website. They do not affect the duties owed to a client in connection with a treatment actually provided, or any rights you have as a consumer under English law.
Indemnity and Misuse
You agree to indemnify Lipo Freeze against claims, losses, costs and reasonable legal expenses arising from your breach of these terms.
That includes any unlawful or unauthorised use of the site, any republication of its content without permission, and any claim brought by a third party as a result of something you have done through or to this website.
Governing Law and Severability
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site, are governed by the law of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom retains any right to bring proceedings in the courts of their own jurisdiction. If any provision of these terms is found by a court to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision is to be severed and the remaining provisions continue in full force.
A failure to enforce any part of these terms is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
Changes and Queries
These terms may be revised from time to time, and the version published on this page is always the operative one.
Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, so reviewing this page occasionally is worthwhile. The present version dates from August 2026.
Any query about these terms can be raised by telephone on 03300 105 225. General information about how enquiries are handled is set out on contact.html, and the reasoning behind the way treatments are delivered is described on choose-us.html.
